2.     MSC Gym powered by Technogym™ - the ultimate workout at sea 

Adjacent to the spa, the MSC Gym is a fitness oasis complete with state-of-the-art equipment and panoramic ocean views.  

 

Guests will find ultra-modern cardio and strength-training equipment provided by Technogym™, an immersive group cycling studio with 10 spin bikes, and a class studio with a variety of group fitness classes. So even whilst on holiday, guests can keep up with their fitness regime in style and comfort. 

 

3.     Wellness Classes by the Sea 

Beyond the gym, guests can embrace wellness outdoors, allowing guests to become at one with the sea. From poolside morning stretches to afternoon yoga and more, instructors will lead classes through guided flows while incorporating the warm ocean air into breathwork.  

 

For those who prefer to raise their heartbeat to the beat of a song, instructors will teach indoor and outdoor group dance classes, such as Fit Dance, Latin Dance, and Caribbean Dance.  

4.     Cool Down in one of the onboard pools 

For a next-level pool experience, on selected ships, MSC Cruises offers a stunning infinity pool with only a glass wall separating swimmers from the ocean and offering uninterrupted waterscape vistas. On each side of the ship, two relaxing infinity whirlpools present similarly striking views. 

 

In the main pool area, ample deck space surrounds with a variety of different pool depths and submerged sunbeds.  

 

Another enhanced water-attraction is the indoor pool area, with tons of space to relax -, complete with surrounding loungers and a convenient bar. This popular area includes a retractable roof that allows it to be either open-air or enclosed.
